90 an hour Responsible for leading a team of workers engaged in the maintenance, repair, and construction of water and sewer infrastructure.
QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma/GED is required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in water and sewer maintenance, construction, or a related field is required, including experience in a supervisory role preferred.
A Valid Texas Driver's License is required at the time of placement and a clean driving record.
MAJOR DUTIES Assign tasks and responsibilities to crew members.
Ensure that work is performed efficiently and according to established procedures and safety standards.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project progress.
oProvide training to crew members on safety protocols, equipment operation, and job-specific tasks.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and skill development within the team.
o Ensure that all equipment is in good working condition and meets safety standards Conduct inspections to ensure the quality of workmanship and adherence to standards.
o Communicate effectively with team members and provide regular updates to management.
Identify and address issues that may arise during projects.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve challenges and ensure smooth operations.
o Enforce safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

o Investigate and report any accidents or incidents promptly.
Other duties as assigned.
