Summary:
We are looking for a Production Manager with excellent multitasking abilities, who will be responsible for overlooking manufacturing activities and managing production operators.
He/she will report to the Plant Director.
Responsibilities:
? Maintain the production schedule ? Communicate priorities, goals and objectives to production operators ? Motivate, support and provide guidance to production operators ? Participate to their hiring and training ? Ensure writing and update of operating instructions ? Permanently optimize productivity ? Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality, health and safety standards in production activities
Qualifications:
? Bachelor degree required, preferably in Chemical or Industrial Engineering ? 5
years of experience including at least 2 years of supervision, preferably in the chemical industry ? Knowledge of ISO 9001 and GMPs ? Soft skills:
